AMO-Frequency Foundry Partnership: A Citizen Relationship Management Solution for AMO Members

Frequency Foundry will be joining the Association of Municipalities of Ontario on November 28th to present their 311 CRM and Citizen Engagement solution, Signal, to members of the association. This free webinar will be used to demonstrate the key features that are exclusively available to all AMO members. As AMO’s preferred provider of digital CRM solutions, Frequency Foundry looks forward to educating the wide variety of municipal members in attendance on how they can use Signal to catch up to today and prepare for tomorrow.

About the Partnership
Frequency Foundry began its partnership with the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) on September 30, 2019 to offer AMO members exclusive access to Signal – a 311 CRM and Citizen Engagement solution. Signal aims to improve customer service and the overall efficiency of municipalities by providing tools to manage requests, complaints and inquiries, and deliver a variety of “front office” services. AMO had been actively searching for a partner that could offer its members a digital citizen service platform since 2018. After consulting with members and through feedback provided by an advisory committee, Frequency Foundry was selected as the AMO preferred partner for digital CRM solutions through an open and competitive RFP process.
