Frequency Foundry is excited to participate in the ENGAGE311 conference held April 30th to May 2nd in Tampa, Florida. We will have an exhibitor’s booth at the three-day event hosted at the Westin Tampa Waterside Hotel. We plan to showcase our Signal solution—a service request management, work order management, citizen relationship management 311 platform with integrated contact centre functionality for municipalities, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Attendees include prospective, beginning and experienced 311 municipal and customer service centres. People from across North America will be drawn to this event as it provides a professional environment for in-depth discussions of current issues and common interests in the industry.
